New Faces, Same Us

El Burrito

El Burrito

The season of change is upon us here at BBK…

And you know what they say: when one trailer door closes, another trailer door opens… to a South Carolina, southern lifestyle.

It is with mixed emotions that Sam, Fenton the Pup, and I have received military orders to Beaufort, South Carolina and will be leaving in just a few weeks’ time. While this is something that we were not entirely expecting, we have come to embrace it with open arms and are excited to experience a part of the country that we haven’t had the pleasure to explore much! We’ll be hitching up our trailer, ‘El Burrito,’ and embarking on a two-week, cross country road trip that will be filled with lots of exploring, National Parks, friends and family, beer and s’mores by the campfire, and audiobooks (please send suggestions our way).

With that being said, I am excited to share a bit about our two new superstars who will continue to provide a standard of care that you can expect from your BBK family.

Kristi Lupinetti

Kristi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Reigning from New Jersey, she has a passion for keeping her clients active and helping them maintain the healthy lifestyle they envision for themselves! Learn more about Kristi through our Instagram page: @balancedbykatie.

Rebecca Cuje

Rebecca is a Yoga Instructor as well as Reiki Master and Marketing Specialist. Growing up in New Jersey and then working in the fast-paced Manhattan lifestyle, Rebecca has found peace and comfort through yoga and energy work and wants to share her love with you all! Curious as to what Reiki is, check out our Instagram page @balancedbykatie to learn more.

This is an exciting time for all of us as we continue to provide for our local athletes, weekend warriors, moms, dads, yogis, volleyball players, runners, surfers, co-workers, and YOU. We can’t wait to share what we have in store during this season of growth! It’s gonna be something you will certainly want to be a part of.

I want to thank my BBK family and YOU for trusting me with your care this past year. It has been a pleasure to get to know all of you and a privilege to be invited into your homes, lives, and family events with such love and openness. I wish I could pack you all into El Burrito with us, but it only sleeps about 4… comfortably. Please know that while I may no longer be your local physical therapist, I am still a friend, ear to listen, a sounding board for ideas, and someone who wants to know about the highs in your life as well as the lows. I’m a huge fan of receiving a good, old-fashioned letter in the mail - pen pals, anyone? This isn’t “goodbye”, it’s just “see ya’ll later”. I think I’m obligated to say “ya’ll” now… so this is a good start.

Cheers to new adventures,

Lauren Lynass PT, DPT, CSCS, Certified Running Gait Analyst but mostly your friend
