PHYSICAL THERAPY is a way of healing and rehabilitating the body after an injury or surgery. Physical therapy can also help prevent surgery, as well as isolated overuse muscle, tendon, or joint injuries.
My treatment process begins with listening to my patients and fully understanding their needs. I then develop a tailored program to maximize results. A key component of my process is helping my patients learn about their bodies and why I believe my prescribed treatments will be effective. I observe the body as a whole chain of moving parts that need optimal mobility and strength to move efficiently without pain.
