Rates & Payment Options:

Rates for undistracted one on one Private Physical Therapy, Yoga + Wellness Sessions in your home vary $210-275 per session depending on your location and needs.  

Payment is accepted at time of visit in the form of cash, Zelle or Credit Card. HSA or FSA cards accepted.

Balanced by Katie is an Out of Network Provider. We will provide a Superbill Payment Invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement will depend on individual Out of Network Benefits.
