A Four Part Medically Informed Physical Therapy & Yoga Workshop Series
Learn simple yet powerful yoga poses that support your workouts, aid in recovery, and enhance everyday activities with better alignment and control. Whether you're healing from injury, dealing with daily soreness, or looking to move with more ease, this series will meet you where you are. We will start each class with anatomy education and move into a live practice. All levels are welcome.

Class 1 - 9/7
Head Up, Shoulders Strong: Release Tension & Protect Your Posture
Farwell to nagging neck pain and shoulder strain. This class dives into the root causes of upper body tension and teaches how breath, posture awareness, and smart movement patterns can unlock freedom and strength. Using a blend of therapeutic exercises and yoga-based movements, you'll build stability and mobility to support a strong spine—whether you're sitting at your desk or lifting weights overhead.
Class 2 – 9/21
Core Confidence: Redefine Your Center for Better Posture & Power
Your core is more than and it’s your center of strength and control. In this session, we’ll explore deep core anatomy, reveal hidden habits that contribute to back pain, and integrate arm and shoulder movements that improve how you lift, twist, and move through life. Expect to feel stronger, more supported, and more aligned from the inside out.
Class 3 – 10/5
The Hip-Knee Connection: Build Resilience Where It Counts
Learn how healthy hips protect your knees—and how small changes in alignment can transform your mobility. This class blends yoga-inspired sequences with physical therapy-informed strength drills to reduce strain on your joints and help you move freely through walking, running, cycling, and daily life.
Class 4 – 10/21
Root to Rise: Build Strong Feet, Better Balance & Injury Resilience
Start from the ground up—your feet are the foundation of your movement. This class brings awareness to how your feet influence balance, posture, and joint health. Through mindful footwork, strength-building, and balance training, you’ll create a grounded, resilient base to support everything you do—from yoga to hiking to injury prevention.
