The Balanced Virtual Studio is your home for movement longevity.

Over a 12 week span, you’ll receive expertly designed mobility sequences to help you maintain healthy alignment, recover smarter, and move freely. This program blends physical therapy principles with yoga and mindful movement to keep you strong, supple, and connected to your body through every stage of life.

You’ll receive 3–4 guided mobility sessions each week, access to an on-demand video library, and personalized options to support your unique movement goals.

Essential Balance

An online, 12-week mobility program with 4 short sessions per week. Each session combines breath work and full-body mobility to help you move better, feel better, and support your active lifestyle—each in under 30 minutes.

Elevated Balance

Everything included in Essential Balance, plus one live monthly 1-on-1 physical therapy and wellness consult for personalized guidance, progress check-ins, and expert support.

Empowered Balance

Everything included in Essential Balance, plus two live monthly 1-on-1 physical therapy and wellness consults for personalized support, deeper guidance, and ongoing accountability.
