Movement as Meditation and Stress Relief

This Friday evening meditative practice will be designed to help you relieve stress and achieve an optimal state of mind and body as you unwind from the week and head into the weekend.

Katie will guide you through big flowing movement and steady breaths, with encouragement to tune into your body’s unique needs . Her training in physical therapy allows her to uniquely cue muscle groups and joint alignment to guide each individual to a daily practice that will keep the body strong and healthy!
